The Lovable Idiot Podcast: Fired Up

Episode-26 - Disruptive Impact- Embracing Your True Self πŸ’–

β€’ Will Schmierer β€’ Season 1 β€’ Episode 26

We hear people talking about being  our "authentic self" all the time but what does that really mean? There is no cookie-cutter solution or formula to follow there are just some steps that I recommend taking a look at once you've decided that you are ready to explore! Not everybody will have the same journey or path, but in order to find your authentic self and truly love and appreciate yourself and all your uniqueness, these are some of my suggestions, to help you get started!

Whether you should or shouldn't that is entirely up to you! From my experience it has been hard work and rewarding but just because everybody else is talking about it doesn't necessarily mean it's right for you right now at this moment in time that's only something you can decide for yourself! Hope you find this episode helpful and enjoyable and I'll be back later this week!! πŸ™Œ

There have been and are lots of posts on LinkedIn including my own about my thoughts and perspective on authenticity but the one I was thinking of in the beginning of this podcast, was from Joe Lalgee https://www.linkedin.com/posts/recruitmentmarketing1_linkedin-personalbranding-activity-6840728523997528064-mWMv
